(Raw Pecan Pie, recipe from this site)I know this is a wee bit late, but really for our family Thanksgiving is all about the whole four day weekend. With Turkey leftovers, visiting loved ones, decorating for Christmas, the whole 9 yards. Just wanted to pop in real quick at the tail end of this great holiday weekend and say Happy Thanksgiving!
